My passion for helping communities address the aspects of their culture that negatively affect equity and inclusion was ignited during my Ph.D. Thus, I founded Reflecting Equity, a consulting company dedicated to helping organizations foster inclusion and develop equitable policies and practices within their workplace. My expertise as a researcher, chemist, educator, and teacher informs my approach as a consultant. My work is also always grounded in data and tailored to my client’s unique culture and needs.
